    Scheduling In-Person & Virtual Sessions

You might be holding a lot under the surface — managing emotions that feel too big, navigating identity questions, or trying to keep peace in relationships that feel tense or disconnected. Maybe you’re doing all the “right” things and still feeling stuck, misunderstood, or unsure of who you are beneath it all.

I work with individuals, teens, couples, and families who are tired of repeating old patterns and want something more honest, more connected, and more aligned. Many of my clients are trying to rewrite the story they were handed — whether that’s around gender, sexuality, family roles, emotional expression, or what it means to be “okay.”

My approach is grounded, direct, and relational. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect — and I’ll also be honest with you when something’s not working. I believe in giving clients the space to explore deeply, and the support to make meaningful change. Together, we’ll untangle emotional and relational patterns, explore identity, and build more intentional ways of being — both with yourself and others.

If you’re ready to explore who you are beneath the noise — and to move through the world with more courage, clarity, and connection — I’d be honored to support you.

    Scheduling Virtual Sessions Only

Hi, I’m Zoë, and I specialize in working with tween, teens and young adults who are navigating the complex aftermath of trauma, grief, or major life changes. Many of the clients I work with come to therapy unsure of what to expect — guarded, hesitant, or simply overwhelmed. I meet clients where they are, and we move at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

I provide long-term support that centers trust, connection, and creative expression. My sessions often include art-based activities, trauma narratives, and skill-building techniques drawn from DBT and narrative therapy. These tools help externalize difficult emotions, build coping strategies, and allow clients to explore their stories in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

I’m particularly passionate about supporting teens and families who’ve been involved with DCS, or who feel like their experiences aren’t always well understood by traditional systems. I also have a deep commitment to working with survivors of sexual trauma and individuals who are coping with grief.

Above all, my goal is to create a space where young people feel seen, heard, and supported—without pressure or judgment. Whether we’re building skills, processing trauma through art, or just learning how to sit with hard feelings, I walk alongside my clients for the full journey, however long it takes.
