Individual Therapy

Grounded and direct, individual therapy is a space to understand patterns without shame and respond with more intention. We focus on clarity, steadiness, and change that lasts beyond the therapy room.

$125 for 50-Minute Session

Couples Therapy

Structured, honest, and affirming, couples therapy helps partners step out of reactive cycles and into clearer connection. We welcome all couples — including LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, and those navigating relationship models outside the mainstream.

Family Therapy

Steady and practical, family therapy creates space for each voice while strengthening the system as a whole. We work to reduce escalation, increase clarity, and support more intentional communication at home.

Want to use your insurance?

  • We are in-network with the following Indiana Managed Care Plans:

    • CareSource

    • Managed Health Services (MHS)

    This includes Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Healthwise, and Hoosier Care Connect programs.

  • We are in-network with BCBS-IL, and are able to offer insurance billing for clients who have that insurance coverage.

    Most other PPO and POS plans include out-of-network benefits.

    That means:

    • You pay for sessions directly.

    • We provide a detailed receipt (called a superbill).

    • You submit it to your insurance.

    • Your insurance may reimburse part of the cost.

    Many clients are surprised to learn their plan does offer reimbursement.

    If you’re unsure what your plan covers, we can help you ask the right questions.

  • We offer an option called Thrizer.

    Thrizer is simply a service that can submit out-of-network claims for you. Instead of you uploading forms and tracking reimbursements, they handle that process on your behalf.

    You’re never required to use it. It’s there if you want the process to feel easier.
