Our first session is about getting to know you. We'll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals for therapy, and any questions or concerns you have. There's no pressure to share everything right away — we'll move at your pace.

Yes, we offer both. You can choose to meet in-person at our office in Bloomington, IN or via secure telehealth from anywhere in Indiana or Illinois. Some clients stick to one format, while others prefer to switch depending on their needs.

Most therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions may be available by request for certain types of work, such as family or relationship therapy.

Individual therapy is $125. Couples and family therapy sessions are $150. We are currently private pay but offer superbills for out-of-network reimbursement and work with Thrizer to simplify the process.

We are not currently in-network with any insurance providers but are actively applying to panels. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide documentation to help you get reimbursed.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum. Over time, we may adjust to biweekly or another frequency based on your goals, needs, and progress.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Yes, we work with teens and their families, including offering family therapy and support for parents. Each case is unique, and we tailor our work based on what’s most supportive for the teen and the family system.
